She takes pride in tailoring her instruction to best suit the individual learning styles of her students. Prior to teaching, she earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Providence College and worked in both Human Resources and Marketing at the international toy company, Hasbro Inc. With her husband, she is raising three sons Jack, Eddie, and Patrick. In her spare time, Ritchie enjoys reading, baseball, and traveling.
